This program is my love letter to motherhood. I offer specialized Prenatal Pilates to maintain strength and comfort during pregnancy, and Postnatal Pilates to help you gently reconnect with your body and rebuild core strength after delivery.

I don't believe in generic pregnancy workouts where you just follow a video. My sessions use the Balanced Body reformer with specific pregnancy-safe wedges, jump boards, and controlled resistance so you aren't just moving, you are actually building the pelvic floor stability and core strength needed for your motherhood journey.

Unlike mat pilates which can get uncomfortable with a growing bump, the reformer offers adjustable support. I use specialized props like stability balls and magic circles to modify flows for every trimester.

  • Prenatal Slay: We focus on spinal alignment, sciatica relief, and breathing techniques that actually help during labor. It is all about keeping you steady as your center of gravity shifts.
  • Postnatal Glow-Up: This is all about reconnecting. We focus on gentle core engagement to help with diastasis recti recovery and rebuilding that connection to your body after delivery. It is a slow, steady, and effective approach to getting your strength back.
