Why I Made This Program
After childbirth, your body feels different. Many moms come to me saying, "Pet andar nahi jaa raha" (My belly isn’t going in) or "Back dukh raha hai" (My back hurts). That's normal, par hum isko theek kar sakte hain (we can fix this together). I’ve been there, and I know how tough the recovery ride can get.
