Every Sunday morning, we open our doors for community classes that focus on the traditional Sivananda sequence. These sessions are designed to be accessible, giving you a chance to experience hands-on adjustments and personalized guidance. It is a space to step out of the daily rush, reconnect with your breath, and learn proper alignment in a supportive group environment.
Our centre is more than a place to exercise. We are a community dedicated to the teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda, where yoga is treated as a way of life. When you join us for our weekly satsangs, you are participating in a tradition of chanting, meditation, and silence that helps cultivate peace of mind.
Our teaching approach emphasizes the 'why' behind the practice. In our classes, you will not just move through postures; you will learn the philosophy behind them, ensuring that you build a safe and sustainable personal sadhana. We provide ongoing support for all levels, from beginners looking for a starting point to those interested in our 200-hour Teacher Training Course.
We believe in the power of shared practice, which is why we regularly host specialized workshops on cleansing techniques (shat kriyas) and meditation. Our teachers are also students, often gathering to refine their own practice and discuss yogic philosophy.
