About Our Lineage & Spiritual Foundation
At the Nataraja Centre, every asana and meditation practice we share traces back directly to our gurus, Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. We are not a fitness studio; we are a space for living yoga, where the tradition of satsang, selfless service, and disciplined study form the bedrock of everything we offer to our Delhi community.
