Advanced Asana & Yoga Practice in Gurgaon
Beyond the basics lies a practice that requires both strength and surrender. Whether you are refining your inversions or deepening your pranayama, our advanced sessions are designed to help you move past the plateau.

About Advanced Asana & Practice
Advanced practice is not about how high you can kick your legs, but about how steady you can hold your breath while doing it. We focus on hands-on adjustments and partner work because seeing the mechanics of a posture is different from feeling the support of a fellow practitioner. Come prepared to be challenged, but know that here, the goal is always balance—physical, mental, and emotional.
Moving Beyond the 200-Hour Foundation
If you have already completed your foundation training, you know that the mat is a mirror. Our 300-hour advanced program is not just a collection of complex postures; it is a dedicated time to refine your alignment and deepen your internal study.
What to Expect in Our Advanced Sessions
- Precision & Alignment: We strip away the ego from the practice. You will work on intricate variations of inversions like Sirsasana (Headstand) and arm balances such as Mayurasana (Peacock Pose).
- The Role of Partner Work: We use partner-assisted stretches and adjustments to help you safely push past your perceived limitations. It is about learning to trust another practitioner while exploring your own limits.
- Deepening Pranayama: Advanced asana is hollow without breath control. We dedicate specific time to prolonged pranayama sessions, preparing the nervous system for deeper states of meditation.
Training Options for the Committed We operate out of our Gurgaon studio for dedicated weekend batches, but for those who need a complete reset, our Palampur Gurukula immersion offers a month-long silent, distraction-free environment. This is where you disconnect from the city's noise to truly listen to your own body.
Common Questions Do I need to be flexible? Not at all. You need to be consistent. Flexibility follows discipline. Is this for me? If you hold a 200-hour certification and feel you are stuck in a cycle of repetition, this is the space to restart your curiosity.
The path of the yogi is a lifelong journey. We provide the structure and the community—the sangha—to ensure you never walk it alone.
