Personalized Yoga Instruction with Hands-On Adjustments
I bring the precision of sports therapy into your yoga practice. Through manual adjustments and personalized sequences, we work together to refine your alignment and deepen every stretch safely.
This is how personal training looks. It's a partnership where I use my body to support yours, helping you achieve poses like this deep forward fold safely and effectively.
Guiding my student Pooja through Rajakapotasana (King Pigeon Pose). My hands-on approach helps to open the shoulders and deepen the backbend while ensuring her spine is protected.
Here, I'm providing support for a student's Sirsasana (Headstand). My guidance helps with balance and alignment, making inversions accessible and safe even if you are a beginner.
Inverting the ordinary. Assisting a young student with a handstand, focusing on building shoulder strength and core engagement for a stable and controlled pose.
Using the wall as a prop for Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana (Standing Split Pose). I am helping my student deepen the stretch in her hamstrings while keeping her hips square and aligned.
We use props like straps to make advanced poses like Kurmasana (Tortoise Pose) more accessible. Here, I'm using a strap to help my student gently pull her feet and deepen the forward bend.
Working on middle splits with a student. I use gentle pressure and support to help her relax into the stretch and safely increase her hip flexibility over time.
A fun and supportive moment in a personal session. Partner-assisted stretches can help you go deeper than you could on your own, building both flexibility and trust.
Assisting with a Lotus Forearm Balance. My role is to provide stability and alignment cues, so the student can focus on building strength and finding her balance in this challenging inversion.
Teaching is a two-way street. Here, I'm assisting a student in Halasana (Plow Pose), ensuring his neck is safe and his spine is getting a full, beneficial stretch.
About Personalised Instruction & Hands-On Adjustments
When you book a personal session with me, you are not just following a sequence. Whether we are training online or at your home in Noida and Delhi, I focus on correcting your posture in real-time. I use props like blocks and straps to break down complex poses, and for in-person visits, I apply manual adjustments to help you safely access depth in your stretches. This is about building a foundation that respects your body's limits while gently expanding them.
Precision Meets Practice
Yoga is often misunderstood as just movement, but true progress lies in the details of your alignment. My approach combines the anatomical focus of a sports therapist with the mindfulness of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I do not believe in forcing a body into a pose; I believe in opening it up.
Why Hands-On Matters
In a group class, it is easy to repeat the same mistakes without knowing. My personalized sessions ensure that every movement serves a purpose.
- Injury Prevention: As a former sports physio, I know how easily injuries occur. My adjustments are designed to protect your joints, especially the lower back, shoulders, and knees.
- Deepening the Pose: Sometimes your body needs a little external support to reach the next stage. I use manual guidance to help you find stability in inversions like Sirsasana or depth in backbends like Rajakapotasana.
- Prop Integration: I teach you how to use blocks, straps, and even wall support so you can continue your practice safely even on days when I am not there.
A Session Tailored to You
We start where you are. Whether you are recovering from an injury, looking to gain strength, or aiming to master an advanced arm balance, the session is built around your unique anatomy and goals. We do not just practice; we communicate. I listen to your body, and we adjust our flow accordingly, ensuring that you feel stronger and more stable after every class. If you are in Noida or Delhi, I can bring this expertise to your living room for focused, one-on-one attention.
