This is me completing the 5km Maruti Suzuki Devil Circuit in Bangalore. My training focuses on building the speed, endurance, and balance needed to complete 15 obstacles and finish strong.

About Obstacle Course Race (OCR) Prep

We work on real-world mechanics using heavy tyres, TRX suspension, and functional outdoor drills at Coles Park or Kanteerava Stadium. You need to decide between group sessions to build team spirit or 1-on-1 coaching if you are aiming for a specific personal best at your next event.
OCR (Obstacle Course Race) preparation is not about looking good in the gym—it is about performance under fatigue. When you are at the Devil's Circuit or Wild Warrior, you need grip strength for the rigs, explosive power for the wall jumps, and the mental fortitude to keep moving when your lungs are burning.
How We Train for the Course
At Athletes Revolution, we simulate the demands of the race. Our training modules break down into:
- Functional Strength: We use heavy tyres, sandbags, and battle ropes to mimic the weight you will be carrying during a race.
- Mobility & Grip: Using TRX and animal flow, we ensure your joints are bulletproof so you do not get injured crawling under wire or climbing walls.
- Stadium & Trail Sessions: We take the training to Kanteerava Stadium and local trails in Bengaluru to get your body used to varied terrain, which is vital for stamina.
