Build rock-solid stability and core power using just your body weight. It is functional, it is intense, and it is time to level up.

This whiteboard shows a sample workout plan for TRX and Olympic Rings. Resistance training like this is key for improving muscle strength, maintaining flexibility, and managing weight.

This is a demonstration of a beginner's workout on the TRX. Suspension training is an innovative way to build core strength, stability, and balance, making it ideal for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike.

A strong core is essential for everything you do. Here, I'm using the TRX suspension trainer to perform exercises that specifically target and strengthen the core muscles.

This video showcases six of my favorite TRX exercises for building incredible core strength. We work through mountain climbers, leg tucks, and other variations to challenge the abs and obliques from every angle.

This is a standard-level TRX training session. It's a high-intensity cardio workout that targets all the muscles in your body, helping you burn more calories and gain more muscle.

About this collection

You might think of the TRX as just a pair of straps, but in my sessions, it is the ultimate tool for finding your weakest links. I use this system to force you out of your comfort zone, turning simple movements into high-tension drills that test your core stability and control. Whether you are prepping for an obstacle course or just want to bulletproof your joints, these straps won't let you cheat your form.

Training with Intent

Suspension training isn't just about hanging around. When we train at the Kammanahalli facility, we focus on the mechanics of movement. You are fighting gravity, which means you cannot rely on momentum. Every rep on the Olympic rings or the TRX band forces your core to stay engaged, stabilizing your spine and correcting muscle imbalances that heavy machines often ignore.

Why We Use TRX

  • Core Engagement: Every exercise becomes a core exercise. From mountain climbers to deep squats, you are constantly bracing.
  • Functional Strength: We train for life, not just the gym. These movements translate directly to how you move in the real world—carrying groceries, running for a bus, or tackling an obstacle course.
  • Low Impact, High Intensity: It is ideal for joint health. Because we use body weight and controlled angles, you get a high-intensity burn without the harsh compression of heavy barbells.

The Athletes Revolution Approach

My sessions are built on discipline. We mix TRX with animal flow and calisthenics to build an athlete's physique. You won't find cookie-cutter routines here. We monitor your form, adjust the angles to suit your level, and push until that beast inside you wakes up.

Whether you are a beginner looking to understand your body or an athlete refining your speed, we have a slot for you. Remember, nammalala ethai jayikave mudiyatho, adha jayikirathuku muyarchi panromla. (True victory isn't winning what's easy, but trying to win what seems impossible). Let’s get to work.

I am Shantha Murthy. When I am not training for a sprint or a trail run, I am at the gym showing people that suspension training is the ultimate test of control. I do not believe in fluff. We use these straps to build the kind of core strength that translates to real-world performance.
