About Group Training & Community
We don't just exercise. We build a culture where everyone pushes each other. Whether we are doing core circuits at Kanteerava Stadium or prepping for a marathon, the energy remains consistent. You will be held accountable by teammates who are just as hungry to improve as you are.
Training with a team changes the mental game. When you see someone else pushing through a final set of burpees or finishing a 10km run, it raises your own standard. Our group classes are designed to be challenging but accessible. We are not here to hold your hand through easy reps. We are here to help you get stronger, faster, and more resilient.
Our community extends beyond the gym floor. We regularly hit the track at Sri Kanteerava Stadium for sprint mechanics and endurance drills, and we hit the streets for local marathons and charity runs. This hybrid approach ensures you do not get bored or stuck in a plateau. Whether you are prepping for an Obstacle Course Race or just want to get consistent with your health, you will find partners here.

In our Kammanahalli facility, you will use earthmover tyres, battle ropes, and TRX gear in a high-energy circuit. It is raw, effective, and community-driven.
