Professional Sprint Coaching and Athletic Development
Speed is a skill, and discipline is the engine. From 100m strides to explosive stadium jumps, I build athletes who don't just participate—they dominate.
A typical day of speed training on the synthetic track at Kanteerava Stadium. This is where we put in the work to shave seconds off our time, focusing on powerful leg drive and consistent form.
Training on sand adds a new level of difficulty, forcing your stabilizer muscles to work harder. Here, my clients and I are doing animal flow and speed drills to build ankle strength and explosive power.
Stadium stairs are one of the best tools for developing leg power, agility, and endurance. This video shows me performing stair sprints, a key exercise for any athlete looking to improve their acceleration.
Here I am performing 200-meter strides with spikes on the track. This type of training is crucial for sprinters to develop pace judgment and maintain speed over longer distances.
This is a group of athletes performing explosive start drills in the sand. Sand training is excellent for strengthening the feet and ankles, which is fundamental for preventing injuries and improving performance on the track.
Even indoors, we work on speed. This clip shows a 10-meter sprint drill in my gym, focusing on explosive acceleration from a standing start. It's a great way to build power for any sport.
A group of us after a tough session of 100-meter strides. Training with a team pushes you to be better and makes the hard work more rewarding.
About this collection
When you train with me, we don't just run laps. We focus on technical precision—your stride, your turnover, and your leg drive. I break down your gait to identify where you're leaking power, then we fix it at Kanteerava Stadium or our Kammanahalli floor until your performance looks entirely different.
Sprinting is about more than just running fast. It is about how you move, how you land, and how you explode out of the blocks. At Athletes Revolution, we strip away the noise. We use a hybrid approach, combining the synthetic track mechanics of Kanteerava Stadium with the raw, functional strength work at our Kammanahalli gym.
We start with the fundamentals—footwork on speed ladders, stabilizing exercises in sand pits, and mobility work to keep you injury-free. Then, we layer on the intensity: 100m strides, hurdle drills, and explosive jumps.
My coaching isn't for everyone. If you're looking to check a box, this isn't it. But if you have the will to prepare to win—if you're ready to fix your form and embrace the discomfort of true athletic development—then we will get to work. Nammalala ethai jayikave mudiyatho, adha jayikirathuku muyarchi panromla (We keep trying to conquer what feels out of reach). That is the only way to build a real foundation.
