I coach kids and adults for sprints, long jump, and race events with real track sessions, strength training, and technique drills at Kanteerava Stadium and my gym in Bengaluru.

Grip strength can make or break your race. Here I am on the monkey bars at the Devil's Circuit, one of the toughest obstacles that requires upper body and grip endurance. We train specifically for this, using rings, bars, and heavy carries until your hands are ready for anything.
An obstacle course race is about explosive power and agility. This is me clearing a wall jump at the Maruti Suzuki Devil's Circuit. We practice these movements, focusing on technique and efficiency, so you can vault over walls without wasting energy.

I train you for obstacle course races by making you run on all surfaces, build grip and strength with tyres and sandbags, and practice real race obstacles like wall jumps and mud crawls so you finish strong.

Hey, we’re Athletes Revolution. Started by Shantha Murthy, who’s all about sprinting, wild trail runs, and crazy obstacle courses – barefoot mountain treks too. Life’s been a mix of sweat, laughter, and family, especially after little Dhaivik showed up. We push limits, paint walls, run marathons, and believe in finding that beast inside you.
