About this collection

My approach moves away from isolated gym movements to focus on how your body functions in the real world. We break down complex patterns like Hanuman dands (Hindu push-ups) and animal flows to improve your mobility, core stability, and raw power. You do not need a fancy gym floor to start, but you do need consistency. I design these sessions to be scalable, meaning whether you are a beginner or training for an obstacle race, we find the intensity that challenges you without causing injury.

Functional Strength Without the Weights

Many people think they need heavy iron to get strong, but the most versatile piece of equipment you own is your own body. At Athletes Revolution in Kammanahalli, my bodyweight and calisthenics programs are built on the principle that if you cannot control your own body weight, you have no business moving external weight.

  • Animal Flow: Movements like beast crawls and frog jumps increase your coordination, agility, and joint health.
  • Gymnastics Basics: I incorporate movements like headstands and cartwheels to build confidence and spatial awareness.
  • Mobility & Recovery: Strength is useless if you are stiff. Every session includes dynamic stretches and mobility drills so you stay injury-free and athletic.

Training at the Kammanahalli Facility

Our space is designed for this exact type of movement. We use high-density rubber mats specifically for barefoot training and ground work. This setup allows you to train comfortably without shoes, helping improve your proprioception and connection to the floor.
