Every session is adapted to your reality. If you use a wheelchair, we don't just make do with standard workouts. We re-engineer exercises like the overhead press or TRX rows to target the specific muscles you need for your sport, ensuring every push or pull builds real, functional power. I work with what you have to unlock what you’re capable of.

When a para-athlete enters the gym, they get the same intensity and focus as any competitive sprinter. We focus heavily on upper-body mechanics, core stabilization, and joint mobility to prevent injury and maximize performance.
My floor is fully accessible with high-density rubber mats for safe ground work, and I use a combination of TRX suspension, resistance bands, and free weights to build strength. Whether you are training for a professional event or simply want to get stronger for daily life, we assess your unique biomechanics and build a custom path forward. It is not about your limits; it is about breaking barriers one set at a time.
We don't do cookie-cutter plans here. If you are training for competitive para-badminton or looking to increase your physical independence, we analyze your movement patterns and adjust the training load.
