Adult Group Squad & Conditioning
Batch Details
Small group format with 4 to 8 swimmers per lane. Includes 12 sessions per month, typically scheduled 3 times a week.
Session Breakdown
60-minute sessions comprising 10-15 minutes of mandatory high-intensity dry-land drills (active stretching, core activation) and 45 minutes of pool training.
Training Scope
Covers breath control and kicking for beginners, advancing to stroke correction and interval sprints for intermediate swimmers. Includes video analysis for technique correction.
Note
Cost covers coaching and shared equipment (kickboards/buoys). Does not include swimwear or facility entry fees if applicable.
1-on-1 Private Coaching Package
Engagement Model
100% private attention with the coach in-water or supervising exclusively from the deck. Flexible scheduling compared to fixed group batches.
Custom Goals
Tailored for specific needs: hands-on support for water phobia, weight-loss protocols, or technical pacing strategies for Triathlons and Iron Man events.
Technical Inclusions
Focuses on advanced drills like hypoxic training, tumble turns, and race-pace conditioning.
Package Structure

About Swimming Coaching
My Approach: Discipline and Drive
I’m a sprinter first, swimmer next. What I know best is discipline - not just showing up, but preparing to win, even when the goal feels impossible. (True victory isn’t about easy wins, but fighting for the ones that seem out of reach.)
Who I Coach
- If you’re new to water, I got you. Beginner swimming lessons start slow, with simple drills and kickboards till you’re at ease.
- Already swimming, but want better speed or form? We’ll break down swimming technique improvement, working on Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke.
- If you’re here for fitness, swimming really is a full-body aquatic workout. It’s tough but gentle on the joints.
What Happens in Class
- No random laps. Every session is planned - stroke correction coaching, endurance sets, breath control, flexibility work.
- We use drills, stride sets, breath-holding, and stretching. You’ll sweat, feel tired, and get stronger every time.
