Athlete & Sprinter Development
As a competitive sprinter, I specialize in building explosive speed and power for athletes. This cluster showcases our training on synthetic tracks, sand pits, and stadium stairs, focusing on everything from 100m strides and block starts to endurance runs.
Explosive Power & HIIT
This is where we forge real-world strength and conditioning. I use High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with tools like tyres, sledgehammers, and battle ropes to build explosive power, boost metabolism, and push your physical and mental limits.
Strength Training with Equipment
My gym is equipped with everything you need to get strong, from Olympic barbells for classic lifts to dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands for targeted muscle growth. This is where we build the solid foundation of strength for any fitness goal.
Bodyweight & Calisthenics
You don't always need weights to build incredible strength. I use a variety of bodyweight training methods, including animal movements, gymnastics, and calisthenics, to improve mobility, build a powerful core, and develop functional, real-world strength.
Suspension Training (TRX)
TRX suspension training is a powerful tool that uses your bodyweight and gravity to create a challenging, full-body workout. I use it to help clients of all levels build a rock-solid core, improve stability, and increase flexibility.
Combat Conditioning
For those looking to build functional strength, improve reflexes, and get a great cardio workout, I offer combat conditioning. This includes kickboxing, shadowboxing, and heavy bag work to develop power, speed, and the mindset of a fighter.
Obstacle Course Race (OCR) Prep
I train individuals and teams for major OCR events like Devil's Circuit and Wild Warrior. My program is designed to build the specific strength, endurance, and mental grit needed to conquer walls, rigs, and heavy carries.
Adaptive Training for Para-Athletes
I am passionate about making high-performance training accessible to everyone. I have experience creating customized strength and conditioning programs for para-athletes, focusing on their unique goals to help them achieve peak performance.
Mobility, Recovery & Yoga
A strong body must also be a mobile and flexible one. I emphasize recovery as a crucial part of training, incorporating dynamic stretches, yoga, foam rolling, and even partner-assisted massage to prevent injury and ensure you're always ready for the next session.
Group Training & Community
Training is always better with a team. This cluster highlights the marathons, charity runs, and group training sessions that build our strong community. We push each other, celebrate victories, and make fitness a shared journey.
