True strength isn't just about output, it is about how well you recover. I integrate mobility, yoga, and targeted recovery work so your body stays unbreakable and ready for the next session.

Even a few minutes of stretching in the morning and at night can completely change your body. Here, I'm using a foam roller to release muscle tension and improve flexibility.

Partner stretching is a great way to increase your range of motion and unlock your hidden potential. Here, I'm assisting a client with stretches to improve his flexibility.

Stretching is my therapy for the mind, body, and soul. This video shows a sequence of stretches that help to open up the body and prepare it for movement.

This session was dedicated to 45 minutes of mobility work for all body muscles and joints, followed by 15 minutes of Om chanting for mental relaxation. Taking time to recover is essential for progress.

Starting the day with a good stretching routine helps improve blood flow and enables your muscles to work more effectively. This video shows some of my go-to morning stretches.

Taking care of your body is the most important thing you can do. Here, my trainers are giving me a deep tissue massage to aid in muscle recovery after a hard week of training.

Massage has incredible benefits, from reducing muscle tension and stress hormones to improving circulation and flexibility. It's a key part of our recovery protocol.

About this collection

Mobility is the unsung hero of your training. At my Kammanahalli gym, we do not just rest—we practice active recovery. Whether it is deep tissue release using foam rollers or partner-assisted stretching, every session is designed to iron out imbalances and fix the tight spots that limit your performance.

You cannot build a skyscraper on a weak foundation. If you want to run faster, lift heavier, or simply move through life without pain, you must invest time in your body's recovery. My mobility and recovery sessions are not about lying down, they are about preparation.

At our Athletes Revolution facility, we use the Raw Box floor to perform everything from dynamic stretches to yoga moves like Surya Namaskar. We mix in heavy-duty recovery tools, including deep tissue massage and foam rolling, to release muscle tension that builds up after weeks of hard training. I have seen clients who were limited by stiff hips or aching shoulders transform their range of motion in just a few weeks by simply respecting this process.

We also bring a mental component to the physical work. I often incorporate Om chanting at the end of a 45-minute mobility block because real recovery happens when the mind is as relaxed as the muscles.

Who is this for?

  • Sprinters and athletes needing to fix their biomechanics.
  • People working sedentary desk jobs in Bengaluru dealing with stiff joints.
  • Anyone who feels like they are hitting a plateau and cannot seem to push harder.

This is not a spa day. It is deliberate, hard work to ensure you do not break down. Come to the gym, bring your focus, and let us get your body moving the way it was designed to.
