Obstacle course racing isn't about finishing, it is about breaking through mental barriers. I combine functional strength, grip endurance, and pure discipline to prepare you for the mud, the walls, and every challenge the course throws your way.

The energy at the Devils Circuit is unmatched. This is where training meets the test. Here I am with fellow athletes, ready to take on the course and push our limits together.

Upper body and grip strength are non-negotiable in OCR. Here, I'm tackling the rings, a classic obstacle that requires power and technique. This is the kind of specific skill we develop in our training.

The wall climb at the Devils Circuit is a perfect example of a full-body challenge. It requires strength, coordination, and the will to keep moving upward, one hold at a time.

Getting through the 'Drum Roll' obstacle is about grit. Crawling through mud under barrels tests your determination when you're already exhausted. We train to be strong even when things get messy.

The 'Step Up' obstacle requires balance and explosive power. My OCR coaching includes drills to improve agility and confidence for challenges that test you over water and at heights.

About this collection

My OCR prep isn't just cardio. We focus on the 'big three' for any course: grip strength for the rings, lower-body power for wall climbs, and the mental grit to keep moving when you are covered in mud. If you cannot hold your own body weight, you are not ready for the course. We start by testing your baseline, then we build the engine to get you to the finish line.

Building the Fighter's Engine

I treat every participant like an athlete. Whether you are training for the Devils Circuit or just want to build functional strength that translates to real life, we don't do hype. We build habits.

My training blocks are designed to fix your weaknesses. If you struggle with pull-ups, we work on back engagement until your grip holds. If running the 5k feels impossible, we work on your running economy and breathing. You will spend time on sledgehammers, tires, and high-intensity circuits that mimic the actual demands of race day.

Why Train With Me?

I have been through the mud, literally and figuratively. I know what it takes to get up when you are exhausted. My coaching sessions at Roar Combat Fitness and outdoor locations in Bengaluru are about:

  • Grip & Pull: Specific drills like farmer carries and hanging holds to ensure you don't fall off the rings.
  • Functional Agility: Tire flips and box jumps to improve your explosiveness.
  • Mental Toughness: We train through fatigue. That is where real growth happens.

The 8-Week Blueprint

For those serious about race day, my 8-week program is a structured block. It isn't just about exercises; it is about race strategy. We cover how to manage your heart rate, how to approach obstacles, and how to fuel your body. Discipline hurts less than regret, so if you are showing up, show up with intent.
