About Obstacle Course Race (OCR) Dominators
Getting over a 7-foot wall or mastering rope climbs is not just about raw power; it is about technique. Our weekend bootcamps move you off the road and onto artificial turf to drill those exact movements—crawling, jumping, and heavy carries—so you are not guessing when you hit the actual race course.
More Than Just Miles
When you decide to level up from a standard run to an Obstacle Course Race (OCR), the training changes entirely. You need functional strength, agility, and the confidence to handle obstacles you might never see on a road run. Our sessions are built specifically to bridge that gap.
The Bootcamp Approach
We run 4 to 6-week programs that focus on the 'how-to' of obstacles. You will spend 90 to 120 minutes per session on high-intensity drills like:
- Technique Mastery: How to approach a rope climb without burning out your grip strength.
- Bodyweight Conditioning: Burpees, lunges, and bear crawls that simulate race conditions.
- Simulated Stress: We introduce fatigue into your workouts to mimic the exhaustion you feel at kilometer 8 of a Spartan race.
