Mindful Yoga Retreats in Nature's Embrace
Slow down and reconnect with yourself. Join our small, family-like groups for yoga, meditation, and quiet time in the heart of nature.
Two students moving through Trikonasana, or Triangle Pose, during an indoor session on our retreat. Even when we practice inside, the focus is on mindful movement and supporting each other's journey.
A look inside one of our group yoga classes during a retreat. Here, students are exploring a variation of Parsvakonasana, or Side Angle Pose, finding strength and openness. The collective energy of practicing together is so powerful.
A playful moment of connection. Three of us creating a fun shape together, blending our energies in a partner yoga pose. This shows the lighthearted spirit and friendship that blossoms during our yoga vacations.

About Yoga in Nature's Embrace
You won't find large, impersonal crowds here. I keep our retreat groups intentionally small, almost like a little family, so we can share meals, stories, and laughter while practicing in settings like Coorg or the Himalayas.
Nature has a way of helping us pause. When we practice yoga away from the city noise, the change is almost immediate. My retreats are designed for this specific purpose, whether we are in the green coffee plantations of Coorg, the beaches of Sri Lanka, or the quiet mountains of Leh.
How We Spend Our Days
We follow a gentle flow that balances your energy. Mornings usually start with active Vinyasa or Hatha practice to wake up the body, followed by breakfast together. Evenings are for slowing down with restorative Yin yoga, guided meditation, or simple breathing techniques like Pranayam. You do not need to be an expert to join. I work with props like blocks and chairs to ensure everyone can move safely and comfortably, no matter your level of flexibility.
Why a Small Group Matters
Most retreat experiences can feel crowded and rushed, but I prefer the opposite. By keeping our groups intimate, I can personally connect with each student. We share our meals, we laugh, and we support one another during our practice. It creates a safe container where you can truly let go of your daily stress.
What to Expect
- Holistic Wellness: We blend physical movement with mindfulness and quiet contemplation.
- Nature Connection: Whether we are in an open-air pavilion in Coorg or near a monastery in Leh, the environment is chosen to help you breathe deeply.
- Inclusive Community: Beginners and experienced practitioners are all welcome. We focus on the practice, not the perfection.
If you are looking for a break that feels less like a vacation and more like coming home to yourself, I would love for you to join us.
