I am so excited to announce our next yoga retreat to the beautiful green hills of Coorg. This poster has all the details for our journey from October 31st to November 5th, 2025. This is an exclusive retreat for students of my studio to ensure a safe and connected space.
Join me for a wellness retreat in the paradise island of Sri Lanka. This announcement shares the dates for our trip, where we will practice yoga, meditation, and pranayama together to rejuvenate our minds and bodies by the sea.
About Upcoming Retreats
These retreats are where we truly get to slow down. I design each itinerary to balance strong, active practice with moments of stillness and deep meditation, so you return home feeling genuinely rested. Because I keep our groups intentionally small, I can personally guide everyone through their practice, ensuring that whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you find exactly what you need.
When we leave the city, the shift in energy is immediate. I select locations where nature is right outside our door, like the coffee plantations of Coorg, because fresh air and open spaces help us reconnect with our inner balance. My goal for every retreat is simple: to provide a safe, nurturing environment where you can surrender, breathe, and enjoy the precious moments.
We typically follow a rhythm that includes two daily yoga sessions. We often start with an active morning Vinyasa flow to build energy and finish with an evening Yin or restorative session to wind down. We also incorporate breathwork and chanting, which help clear the mind and support our path of 'Yogas citta vritti nirodhah'. Outside of practice, we spend time together, sharing meals and stories. This community connection is a vital part of the experience.
If you are planning to join, please note that some of our retreats are exclusive to students of my studio to maintain that safe, familiar dynamic. We handle the coordination, from airport transfers to organic meal planning, so your only job is to arrive and be present. You can come solo or with friends; our little family always makes room for more.
