Mindful Yoga Retreats for Reconnection and Balance
Join our small, family-like retreats where we slow down, breathe, and find harmony amidst nature. Whether it is coffee plantations or peaceful beaches, we create the space for you to pause and simply be.
This is what it's all about. Sharing a beautiful sunset on the beach with new friends after a day of yoga. These are the moments of pure bliss and connection I cherish on every yoga vacation.
I love starting the day with a gentle yoga flow on a balcony overlooking nature. Feeling the fresh air as we move and breathe together is a simple way to connect our practice to the world around us. This is a core part of my wellness getaways.
It fills my heart with so much joy to hear about the fun my students have. This student beautifully shares how our retreats are not just about yoga, but also about the fun, the eclectic people, and the wonderful new perspectives we gain together.
Here is a glimpse of our morning practice during a nature retreat. We gather outdoors, with prayer flags fluttering above, to greet the day with movement and gratitude. Practicing together in a small group creates such a supportive and loving energy.
This lovely testimonial from a student at our Sri Lanka retreat truly captures the goal of our time together. She speaks of feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and inspired, which is the greatest gift a teacher can receive.
Sometimes the most profound practice is simply to pause. Here, I took a moment to feel the stones under my feet and listen to the ocean. My retreats are built around creating space for these quiet moments of connection and gratitude.
Who says yoga has to be serious all the time? A little bit of weekend fun and playfulness with balloons reminds us to embrace joy and not take ourselves too seriously. Laughter is a beautiful form of release.
Ending a session with Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight. This is a time for complete surrender, allowing the body and mind to rest and absorb the benefits of our practice in deep, restorative peace.
About Featured
Our retreats are intentionally small, creating a 'family' atmosphere where we share meals and laughter rather than just practicing in a crowded room. You will find that our practice shifts between strong, active flows and deep, restorative sessions, allowing you to tailor your energy levels each day.
When I design these getaways, my goal is to help you disconnect from the noise of city life and reconnect with yourself. It is not about perfect poses; it is about the shift that happens when you practice in the open air, whether that is on a balcony overlooking the lush greenery of Coorg, a boutique villa in Sri Lanka, or under the clear skies of the Himalayas.
What to Expect
Each retreat is a blend of structured practice and free time. We start the day with active Asana or Vinyasa to wake up the body, followed by guided meditation and Pranayama to clear the mind. Evenings are often dedicated to restorative Yin yoga, sound healing, or Yoga Nidra to ensure you leave feeling fully rested. We also incorporate fun elements—like the Lion Sequence or playful group activities—to keep the energy light.
The 'Small Family' Philosophy
I believe in keeping our groups intimate. This ensures that everyone gets personal attention, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. We are not just a group of strangers; we are a community that bonds over farm-to-table meals, nature walks, and meaningful conversations. If you are coming solo, you will feel welcomed instantly.
Locations & Logistics
