Finding balance often means stepping away from the daily noise. These retreats are not just about poses, they are about slowing down, connecting with nature, and finding inner stillness with a community that feels like family. 💕

The journey begins. Here is our happy group arriving at the airport, ready for our Sri Lanka yoga adventure. The excitement and smiles we share from the very start set the tone for a wonderful time together.

A quiet evening spent together after a full day. These moments of shared relaxation and conversation are just as important as our time on the mat. This is how our small group becomes a little family.

Finding a moment of gratitude by the sea. During our retreats, I make sure to also take time for myself to connect with the beautiful nature around us. It is this gratitude that I hope to share with all my students.

Feeling refreshed and recharged during our Sri Lanka retreat. A simple, happy moment sitting on a couch, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. This is the feeling of balance and contentment I hope everyone finds.

About The Retreat Experience: More Than Just Yoga

It is important to know that these retreats are intimate. I intentionally keep group sizes small so everyone feels supported and seen, whether we are practicing in a boutique villa in Sri Lanka or glamping under the stars in Ladakh. It is not about big crowds, it is about sharing meals, stories, and the practice of simply breathing together.
