About The Retreat Experience: More Than Just Yoga
It is important to know that these retreats are intimate. I intentionally keep group sizes small so everyone feels supported and seen, whether we are practicing in a boutique villa in Sri Lanka or glamping under the stars in Ladakh. It is not about big crowds, it is about sharing meals, stories, and the practice of simply breathing together.
What to Expect on Retreat
My retreats are a blend of active movement and quiet reflection. We start our mornings with Vinyasa flows to wake up the body, and in the evenings, we settle into restorative Yin yoga to release tension. You do not need to be an expert yogi to join. I guide everyone through breathwork (pranayam) and meditation techniques, so you can find calm whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years.
Where We Travel
I choose locations that help us disconnect from the city and reconnect with nature:
- Coorg: Practice amidst the coffee plantations with farm-to-table organic meals and silent forest hikes.
- Sri Lanka: Stay in boutique heritage villas near the beach, enjoying gourmet meals and cultural excursions.
- Ladakh: A high-altitude journey featuring glamping, oxygen-focused breathwork, and visits to ancient monasteries.
The Logistics
I handle the details so you can focus on your practice. All packages include:
- Transfers: Ground support from the airport to our retreat location.
- Stay & Meals: All-inclusive healthy vegetarian meals and comfortable, premium accommodation.
- Support: Pre-trip coordination and safety support, including oxygen for high-altitude treks.
