A selection of our work defining our approach to urbanism and design. From residential master plans to institutional spaces, we build around the narratives that shape each site.

A 29-storey mixed-use tower designed for Bangalore's urban core. This project exemplifies our approach to high-density living, integrating residential units with office and recreational facilities to create a self-contained vertical neighborhood.

A prototype for a housing master plan in Bangalore, showcasing a modern aesthetic with extensive use of glass to connect interiors with the surrounding landscape. This design emphasizes clean lines and a strong relationship between the built form and nature.

The tiered brick seating of a rural school we designed in the Mandya district. This feature creates an informal amphitheater, transforming the building's edge into a vibrant threshold for student gatherings and community interaction.

The annexe for the Koramangala Club, viewed from the tennis courts. This project demonstrates our ability to add contemporary structures to existing complexes, enhancing recreational offerings while respecting the site's established character.

A conceptual design for a museum situated within a disused mine. This speculative project, titled 'Mine and Mine only', explores how architectural intervention can assign new value to ecologically disrupted sites and provoke dialogue about resource use.

A tour of our studio and a conversation about our design philosophy. We discuss our belief that every project has a unique latency and our commitment to a collaborative, open-studio environment where creative ideas are nurtured.

We are honored to be included in the prestigious AD100 list for 2025. This recognition from Architectural Digest India affirms our studio's commitment to design excellence and innovation in the field of Indian architecture.

About Featured

When we approach a site, we do not start with a visual style. We look for what we call the project's latency, the latent potential and unique story inherent in the land. Whether it is a high-rise in a dense Bangalore neighborhood or a rural school in Mandya, our design process begins by identifying this seed and growing the structure around it, ensuring the final result is inseparable from its environment.
