Luxury Villa Architectural Design
Phase 1: Conceptualization & Narrative Design
- Site & Context Analysis: Comprehensive study of site potential (latency), contour mapping, and sun-path analysis for shadow play.
- Design Concept: Development of a core Spatial Narrative focusing on the interplay of private and public spaces.
- 3D Massing: High-quality conceptual renders to visualize forms, volumes, and structural features like hovering blocks.
- Space Planning: Zoning diagrams and initial floor plans focusing on flow and volume.
Phase 2: Detailed Design Development
- Structural Coordination: Collaboration with engineers for complex features like large overhangs, cantilevers, or exposed skeletal grids.
- Facade Engineering: Detailed design of the building envelope, including parametric patterns, screens, and fenestrations.
- Material Palette: Curation of exposed concrete, steel, glass, timber, and natural stone elements.

Phase 3: Good for Construction (GFC) Documentation

My Story
We’ve been at this for 16 years, and still, designing our own studio was the toughest gig. You step out of your comfort zone, answer questions you didn’t know existed. Our place? It’s open, almost bias-free, just a big space for ideas to bounce around. We’re always poking at new things – spiritual tourism, fixing what’s broken in our environment, even community stuff like our ‘Ellara Nelle’ (a home for all) show. Architecture’s never still, and neither are we.
