Luxury Residential Turnkey Interiors
Scope of Work
- Architectural Modification: Extensive shell overhaul including civil changes (breaking slabs/walls) to create double-height volumes or altered layouts.
- Turnkey Management: End-to-end handling of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.
Hard Finishes
- Flooring: High-grade natural stones (Italian Marble, Limestone, Granite) or solid teak wood with mirror-polish finishing.
- Wall Treatments: Specialized textures like Banded Lime Plasters, exposed concrete, or extensive Teak/Birch wood paneling.
- Ceilings: Mix of false ceilings for service concealment and exposed structural aesthetics.
Custom Fabrication
- Metalwork: Signature architectural elements like perforated steel partitions, folded plate staircases, or metal bridges.
- Joinery: Site-fabricated wardrobes and kitchen carcasses using BWP Marine Grade Ply with Natural Veneers or PU Polish.

Exclusions

How We Work
- We always start with a story, building the whole design around your life, habits, and what you want from your space.
- Our materials are never random – you’ll find stone, wood, metal, and textured plasters mixed together in ways that make each corner feel intentional. For us, the way materials come together matters as much as each one on its own.
- Light is a big deal. We use a lot of natural light but also plan how to feature art or create a surprise with a pop of colour.
- We often play with big moves, like double-height living rooms, open layouts, and sculptural staircases that become the heart of a home or office.

- We design homes that flow smoothly, sometimes blending indoor and outdoor areas so it doesn’t feel boxed in. Some clients want super calm, minimal spaces, while others ask for bolder, moodier vibes.

My Story
We’ve been at this for 16 years, and still, designing our own studio was the toughest gig. You step out of your comfort zone, answer questions you didn’t know existed. Our place? It’s open, almost bias-free, just a big space for ideas to bounce around. We’re always poking at new things – spiritual tourism, fixing what’s broken in our environment, even community stuff like our ‘Ellara Nelle’ (a home for all) show. Architecture’s never still, and neither are we.
