A selection of our work where imagination meets structural reality. From multigenerational homes in Bengaluru to landmark commercial spaces, explore our approach to timeless, context-driven architecture.

This video demonstrates our commitment to precision, showing the seamless transition from digital render to the final built form of The Afyon Pavillion. For us, what you see in the design phase is exactly what you will experience in reality.

The U-L-I Residence, a 25,000 sq. ft. multigenerational home in Bangalore, is designed to exist in harmony with its lush surroundings. The structure integrates private decks and interconnected courtyards, creating a sanctuary that balances family connection with individual privacy.

The dusk elevation of Stone Boulevard in Koramangala captures how we use light to transform a building's character. The facade's recessed lighting creates a dramatic, glowing effect, turning the structure into a landmark that engages with the city's rhythm.

In the Samavana wedding venue, a circular skylight becomes a dynamic art piece, casting a perfect circle of sunlight that moves through the space during the day. This is how we sculpt with light, creating moments of unexpected beauty and quiet contemplation.

A detailed view of The Afyon Pavillion's facade, where curved walls clad in Afyon Grey marble create a sense of fluidity and elegance. This choice of material and form breaks the monotony of a typical commercial building, adding a layer of visual sophistication.

The Franklin Residence features a split-level living area that creates distinct yet connected zones for family life. This architectural choice enhances the sense of space and encourages interaction, making the home feel both open and intimate.

Our principal architect discusses the philosophy behind Stone Boulevard, envisioned as an art gallery for stone. This clip offers insight into our collaborative process and how we aim to create immersive experiences that resonate with every visitor.

About this collection

We do not believe in a gap between the design and the build. When you see our plans, whether for a 25,000 sq. ft. residence or a commercial facade, you are looking at the blueprint for the final physical outcome. We document every stone joint, lighting profile, and MEP provision before construction begins, ensuring that the execution remains faithful to our initial 3D visualization.

Architecture is not merely about construction. It is about shaping the life that follows. We view every building as having two lives: the one envisioned on paper and the one it experiences through the people who inhabit it.

Stone Boulevard in Koramangala stands as a testament to this. It was conceived not just as a commercial structure, but as an art gallery where natural stone speaks a different language at every hour, transformed by the lighting design we integrated into the facade.

Similarly, the U-L-I Residence reflects our commitment to multigenerational living. We prioritized structural flow, using private courtyards and terraces to balance shared public spaces with intimate family zones, ensuring the home feels connected to the outdoors despite its scale.

Our method relies on technical rigor. We ignore fleeting trends in favor of vernacular elements that feel connected to the local environment. Whether we are designing a facade in Hyderabad or a home in Bengaluru, our process includes detailed site studies, sun-path analysis, and hands-on material selection. We coordinate closely with engineers and vendors to ensure the technical specifications, from structural integrity to lighting, match our vision. What you see in our drawings is what we deliver on site.

We are Harsha and Shyamanta, the architects behind Studio Design Forum. We view every building as a space for life to unfold, focusing on light, texture, and how a structure connects with its surroundings. Our work is not about following trends but about shaping environments that grow alongside the people who live in them.
