A selection of projects that define our philosophy: where rigorous architectural thinking meets the practical demands of our environment.

The open-air bar on the upper deck of the Queensline Sea Yah, designed to offer panoramic views of the Mumbai skyline. The skeletal structure above the bar is a custom sculpture inspired by a blue whale skeleton, anchoring the space with a distinct maritime identity.

The multipurpose entrance lobby of JOY Preschool, which serves as both a reception area and a space for reading sessions. The design features natural wood slats, custom child-safe furniture, and a small climbing wall against a vibrant yellow backdrop to create an engaging and playful atmosphere.

A residential project in Lonavala, featuring a covered outdoor dining area with an expansive view of Pavna Lake. The design utilizes a diagrid roof structure and natural wood to create a seamless connection between the built environment and the surrounding landscape.

The main dining hall of the Queensline Sea Yah floating restaurant. To address the challenge of a low ceiling, we developed a repeating, tree-like structural element from Indian Teak wood, which gives the long space character and a sense of rhythm.

We are proud that our Queensline Sea Yah project was longlisted for the prestigious Dezeen Awards in 2019. This image shows the main dining area, where brass inlays and custom lighting complement the teak wood paneling, reflecting our commitment to material richness and detailed execution.

An earlier floating restaurant project we designed in Goa, captured at dusk. This project demonstrates our experience in creating unique waterfront hospitality venues, with a focus on open-air structures and atmospheric lighting that enhances the natural setting.

A close-up of the sculptural bar canopy on the Queensline Sea Yah against the sunset. This element was custom designed and fabricated to serve as the centerpiece of the upper deck, creating a memorable visual landmark for guests.

About Featured

Every project starts with a conversation about context. Take our floating restaurant at the Gateway of India—we did not just design an interior, we navigated the engineering constraints of a vessel repurposed from Istanbul. By utilizing repeating teak-wood elements, we turned a low-ceiling maritime shell into a rhythmic, open dining space that allows the Mumbai skyline to remain the focal point.
