This is where we build the gas tank. We use weights, tires, and intense bodyweight circuits to ensure you are stronger in the final round than in the first.

Core and conditioning are the foundation of a fighter. Here, a student is engaged in a boxing drill that also tests his endurance and core stability, essential for taking and delivering powerful shots.

A fighter performs a heavy barbell deadlift. This is a fundamental exercise for building the total-body strength and power needed for explosive movements in the cage.

Sunday is for individual motivation. Here I am doing upright rows with a barbell, focusing on building shoulder and back strength, because a coach must also be a beast.

Self-respect is earned through hard work. This shows fighters engaged in serious weight training, including cable flys and bench presses, to build the raw strength required for combat sports.

A young fighter learns proper squat form with a barbell under my close supervision. Building a strong foundation with weight training from a young age is key to long-term athletic development.

Never give up. A fighter does pull-ups as part of his conditioning circuit, building the upper body and grip strength vital for grappling and clinch work.

A glimpse into our gym workout routine. I am performing bicep curls and tricep pushdowns, part of a comprehensive strength training program to support my martial arts skills.

I am a creature of habit. A montage of weightlifting and kicking drills, showing that consistent training in all areas is the key to being a complete martial artist.

Monday motivation. A fighter starts his week with a tough back workout, using the cable machine to build the muscles needed for powerful pulling motions in grappling.

Victory is guaranteed only when winning and losing are both in your control. A fighter works on his core and conditioning by repeatedly striking a tire, a drill that builds power and stamina.

Conditioning here is not about looking good; it is about not fading when the pressure hits. We use heavy tires, sledgehammers, and high-intensity interval circuits to build a fighter's engine, but I keep the volume tight so you do not burn out before your next sparring session.
