About Building the Foundation: Drills & Conditioning
Before you step into the ring, you need a body that listens. We don't just run laps—we use agility ladders, tire flips, and tug-of-war games to build the raw stamina and balance every boxer needs. You will be tired, but you will learn exactly why your legs must be as strong as your punch.
Boxing is 90% footwork and stamina, and only 10% the punch itself. At our Noida Stadium training ground, we strip away the fancy gym equipment. Instead, we focus on the drills that actually work. Whether it is high-knee repetitions, bear crawls on the mats, or intense burpee sets, every movement is designed to mimic the demands of a three-minute round.
We cater to all levels, from kids picking up their first stance to students preparing for state championships. The goal is 'Rukna nahi hai'—not stopping, not quitting, and pushing past the point where you want to give up.
