Boxing is more than just hitting a bag. I teach you the real fundamentals, from footwork and punching mechanics to fighter-style conditioning that builds genuine strength and stamina.

Let's perfect the right straight punch. It's not a 'cross'; it's a fundamental power punch. I break down how to generate force from the ground up, rotating your hip and shoulder while maintaining a solid defense.

Here, I'm demonstrating how to throw a left hook while maintaining a defensive guard. Notice the weight shift and pendulum movement of my feet. This is key for generating power and staying balanced.

You can't box with just your hands. Good footwork is everything. Here I am in the ring, working on movement, staying light on my feet to create angles and control distance, just like Muhammad Ali said: "Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee."

This is a typical back day workout for me. It starts with fast, technical shadow boxing rounds to warm up and then moves into a circuit of jump squats and push-ups to build explosive power for both the lower and upper body.

Hitting the speed bag isn't just for show; it's a critical drill for improving hand-eye coordination, rhythm, and punch accuracy. This is how we sharpen the tools needed for precision in the ring.

Here's a quick tutorial on two essential defensive moves: the swing (or weave) and the sway back. I explain how to bend at the knees, not the back, to duck under punches and how to shift your weight to evade and counter.

Bohot dino baad (after many days), finally back to hitting the bag. This is where I find my rhythm and build my conditioning. Every session is a step forward.

Lights, camera, action. A quick look at a session combining heavy bag work with plate rotations for core and shoulder stability. Every part of the workout has a purpose.

The process of a weight cut is a challenge in itself. It's a mental and physical grind that requires discipline both in and out of the gym. Here's a glimpse of the process.

This is a full boxing conditioning circuit. It starts with skipping, moves to bag work for power, then resistance band drills for shoulder stability, box jumps for lower body explosiveness, and finishes with advanced core work like box leg tucks and jackknives.

About Boxing: The Fighter's Workout

Boxing isn't just about throwing hands, it's about connecting your ground force to your fist. Whether we are fixing your right straight punch or drilling footwork to create angles, I focus on the mechanics first so you don't pick up bad habits. We will spend time getting your guard right and shifting your weight correctly, because if your base is weak, your punch has no power. Theek hai?
