About Built Tough: Strength & Conditioning
Forget the AC and the fancy machines. We train in a non-AC, high-sweat environment because the ring doesn't have air conditioning either. We use heavy tractor tires, sledgehammers, and outdoor road work to build the kind of explosive, functional strength that actually helps you fight—not just look good in a mirror.
Building a champion starts with the engine. Here in Munirka, our conditioning program isn't about getting 'beach ready'—it is about getting 'fight ready'. Whether you are a beginner or a national-level contender, the requirements are the same: grit, discipline, and the ability to keep pushing when your lungs are burning.
Why Our Conditioning Works
We don't isolate muscles; we train the whole body to work together.
- Explosive Power: We move heavy tires and swing sledgehammers to build the core stability needed for a heavy punch.
- Functional Stamina: You will be running the roads of Munirka, climbing stairs, and doing circuit training until you develop deep, sustainable gas capacity.

The Setup
This is a functional space. We use puzzle mats for safety, but the real work happens through calisthenics, partner drills, and bodyweight movements. If you want a comfortable gym with mirrors and air conditioning, this isn't it. If you want an environment where everyone from the youngest kid to the senior boxer is grinding together, welcome to the family.
