About Summer Camp Action
Don't expect your child to just sit around or play idle games. Our summer camp training is intense, mixing agility ladder drills and tug-of-war games with actual shadowboxing technique. We focus on fundamentals like stance, guard, and coordination, so your child walks out with better discipline and real stamina, not just tired legs.
Building Habits, Not Just Muscle
Many summer camps are just about keeping kids busy. We do things differently. At our Noida Stadium training ground, we teach boxing the right way—sahi tareeke se. The goal is to build a complete athlete, whether your child is 5 or 15.
What the schedule looks like:
- Conditioning: We start with high-repetition exercises like burpees, skipping, and frog jumps. This builds the base stamina required for any sport.
- Technique: Kids learn the fundamentals of movement—proper footwork, punching guards, and combinations. We use agility ladders to improve their speed and focus.
- Discipline & Fun: While boxing is a serious sport, we keep it engaging for kids with team-building games like tug-of-war. This keeps them excited to come back the next day.
Is it safe? Safety is our top priority. Our summer camp program is strictly non-contact or light-contact. We use professional puzzle mats to protect their joints, and every session is conducted under the watchful eye of experienced coaches. We aren't just training boxers; we are building tough, confident kids who learn to stand their ground.
