Real fighting power isn't built on machines. At Youth Star Boxing Academy, we use functional, high-intensity training to prepare you for the ring.
The battle rope workout is a high intensity exercise we use to build upper body strength, core stability, and cardiovascular endurance all at once.
No fancy equipment needed, just hard work. Our boxers use stacked tires as punching targets to build raw power and condition their knuckles for impact.
