About Girls Who Punch: Our Female Boxers

At our gym, we don't differentiate. Our girls train exactly like the boys—skipping, bag work, and sparring with full contact. You’ll be pushed to learn proper stance and defense, and yes, you’ll sweat just as much as anyone else on the floor.
