About Girls Who Punch: Our Female Boxers
At our gym, we don't differentiate. Our girls train exactly like the boys—skipping, bag work, and sparring with full contact. You’ll be pushed to learn proper stance and defense, and yes, you’ll sweat just as much as anyone else on the floor.
We believe boxing is for everyone. Whether you are a beginner or looking to compete, we have a place for you. We don't do 'soft' versions of boxing. Our female students start with the exact same fundamentals: proper stance, guard, and punch technique.
We prioritize safety through controlled sparring sessions and the use of full protective gear. But make no mistake, it is real work. You will do conditioning, agility drills, and bag work. Many of our students, like Ipsa Mehta, have gone on to win gold and bronze medals at CBSE and National levels because they put in the work, day in and day out.
If you are worried about getting hurt, our coaches watch every round. We teach you how to protect yourself first. The goal is to build a confident young woman who knows how to hold her own, whether in the ring or in life. Yahan rukna allowed nahi hai. If you have the drive, we have the space for you to grow into a champion.
