About The Sayujya Tribe: Community & Connection
Yoga is not just about asanas in a studio. For us, it is about the people you practice with. Whether we are connecting over mud therapy during our Holi celebrations or sharing a sunrise meditation in the Himalayas, our community is where the real work happens. We invite you to join a circle of seekers who support each other long after the mat is rolled up.
Our community, the Sayujya Tribe, is rooted in the belief that practice is stronger when shared. We intentionally weave opportunities for connection into everything we do. In our Mumbai hybrid courses, students meet offline at Ghatkopar for practicals, building bonds that carry them through their online theory months. In our residential retreats across Goa and the Himalayas, living together for 28 to 36 days transforms fellow students into lifelong friends. We believe yoga is about the Sangha, or community. When you join our programs, you are not just signing up for a 200-hour certificate. You are becoming part of a collective that meets for day trips, nature treks, and seasonal festivals like our therapeutic Holi celebrations. These are not just social events, they are experiments in living yoga off the mat. We keep our groups intimate to ensure every seeker feels seen and heard. Our alumni network connects graduates from Mumbai to Germany, creating a global family that continues to share practice tips, internship leads, and support. Whether you join us for a weekend workshop or our full teacher training, you will find a tribe that values depth, imperfection, and real connection over perfect postures.
Sayujya Yoga
We are Prutha and Hardik. We started Sayujya Yoga because we believe yoga is a path to finding your true self, best walked with others. We are not interested in perfect poses, we want to build a community that practices with devotion and helps you grow, on and off the mat.
