Yoga Philosophy: The Heart of Our Teaching

Our YTTC is rooted in the ancient scriptures. We go beyond asana to explore the profound wisdom of the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and Upanishads, helping you understand the 'why' behind your practice and apply it to modern life.

Functional Anatomy: A Scientific Approach to Asana

We believe yoga should fit your body, not the other way around. Our courses focus on functional anatomy and biomechanics to help you understand your unique skeletal structure, practice safely, and teach with individualized alignment.

Our Course Formats: Mumbai & Goa

We offer two distinct formats to fit your life. Choose our flexible 4-month hybrid (online and offline) course in Mumbai, or immerse yourself completely in our 28-day residential training in the serene setting of Goa.

The Complete Practice: Asana, Pranayama, Meditation & Kriyas

Our curriculum is truly holistic, covering all eight limbs of yoga. You will learn and practice various styles of asana (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin), different pranayama and meditation techniques, and traditional shuddhi kriyas (cleansing practices).

Our Graduate Community & Certification

We are proud of our global family of over 100 certified teachers. This is a celebration of our graduates from the 200-Hour Holistic YTTC, Yin Yoga TTC, and Sthira Sukham Asanam courses, who are now sharing the authentic teachings of yoga worldwide.

The Sayujya Tribe: Community & Connection

Our community is our strength. We believe in taking yoga off the mat through shared experiences like retreats, nature trips, and festival celebrations, fostering a lifelong bond among our tribe of like-minded seekers.

Student Journeys & Testimonials

The transformation of our students is our greatest reward. Here we share their progress, their stories, and their heartfelt words about their journey with us, from dedicated students to confident and knowledgeable teachers.
