This is what our kulam is all about. Students gather for a morning meditation session on a rooftop shala in Kerala, surrounded by marigold garlands, ready to start a day of learning and self-discovery. This sense of community and shared intention is at the core of every retreat.
Experience the profound calm of Shirodhara, a classic Ayurvedic therapy. Here, a continuous stream of warm, medicated oil flows over the forehead, helping to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and relieve stress. This is a key part of our personalized Ayurvedic detox program.
We practice yoga in harmony with nature. Here, our students are in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) during a beach yoga session in Goa. The sound of the waves and the open sky create a powerful backdrop for our Hatha and Ashtanga practices.
We begin our teacher training courses with a traditional fire ceremony, or Havan. This ancient ritual helps to purify the space and set positive intentions for the journey ahead, creating a sacred bond within our group.

We choose our locations for peace, not just the view. Most of our residential programs are held in the lush green landscapes of Paravur, Kerala, right by the backwaters. This environment is perfect for detoxing from city stress. Occasionally, we move our community to the beaches of Goa for a more vibrant, open-air experience, or to the spiritual hubs of Mysore for deep-dive practices. All our retreat centers are designed to be simple, comfortable, and conducive to introspection.
The Holistic Approach
Every program we run balances physical movement with deep healing. If you are joining us for an Ayurveda retreat, you will receive a personalized consultation to understand your dosha. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. Your meals, therapies like Abhyanga or Shirodhara, and even your daily asana practice will be adjusted based on what your body needs to reset.
