Whether you chose our 4-month hybrid course in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, or immersed yourself in a 28-day residential retreat in Palolem, Goa, the core remains the same. We focus on the functional approach to yoga—understanding anatomy, skeletal variation, and the necessity of props—so that every teacher we train is equipped to make yoga accessible for every-body.

Our graduates now teach across the globe, bringing philosophy, pranayama, and mindful movement to their own communities. But the training does not stop at the final exam. Our tribe stays connected through ongoing sadhana programs, online theory refreshers, and regular meet-ups. We believe that a yoga teacher is a student for life, and our community platform is the space where that journey continues, supported by a family that values depth over performance.
