Desk Detox and Chair Yoga For teams with limited time or space, we bring chair yoga directly to your workstations. These 30 to 45 minute sessions are designed to correct 'tech-neck' and alleviate wrist strain from keyboard use, allowing your team to reset without needing to change into activewear.
Functional Mat Yoga When you have a conference room or open bay, we lead 60-minute mat-based sessions. We use anatomical cues to ensure safety, focusing on spinal decompression and breathwork. This helps shift the collective energy from high-stress deadlines to a state of sthira, or steadiness.
Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra For deep mental recovery, our sound bath sessions use Tibetan singing bowls and gongs. This is a passive practice where employees simply lie down and listen. It is highly effective for reducing anxiety and inducing deep mental rest, making it perfect for offsites or wellness days.
