- Desk Yoga & Posture Correction: We tackle the 'computer hunch' directly. Our instructors guide your team through chair-based Dandasana, shoulder openers, and wrist stretches to prevent repetitive strain injuries.
- Eye Care: Using Trataka techniques, we help reduce the digital eye strain that comes with 8+ hours of monitor work.
- Mental Reset: Guided sessions on Nadi Shodhan and Bhramari pranayama help reduce cortisol levels, allowing for better focus and creativity.
