Building Our Yogatribe
Yoga for us has never been about the number of people in a room, but the quality of the connection we share. When we hosted a group of practitioners from Latvia at our Mumbai space, it was a manifestation of the Sanskrit phrase 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam'—the world is one family. These moments remind us that yoga transcends borders, language, and culture, offering a universal path to health.

By moving away from a purely aesthetic focus and towards a functional, therapeutic practice, we teach our students to listen to their bodies. Whether it is through the regulation of breath in pranayama or the deep, vibratory healing of our sound baths, the goal is always to cultivate 'Sthira Sukham'—a state of steady, comfortable being.
