A personal collection of my practice, from back-relief stretches to calming breathwork, showing how we can make yoga your own safe space.

This is the Ustrasana, or Camel Pose. For me, it represents a beautiful opening of the heart and spine. It’s a deep backbend that builds strength and flexibility, and performing it in a saree reminds me that grace and power can coexist beautifully in our practice.

Many of us feel stiffness from sitting at a desk all day. This short sequence, featuring the Cat-Cow stretch and a gentle Bhujangasana, is something I often teach in my workshops for back pain relief. These are simple, effective movements to ease tension and improve spinal mobility.

This is Bhramari Pranayama, or the Bee Breath. It’s a powerful yet simple breathing technique I teach to calm a racing mind and reduce stress. The gentle humming vibration is incredibly soothing and helps you disconnect from external noise to find peace within.

Using props isn't a shortcut, it's a smart way to practice. Here, I'm using a yoga block in Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose) to ensure proper alignment and a deeper, safer stretch. In my one-on-one sessions, we use props to make poses work for your body.

The Sirsasana, or Headstand, is a challenging inversion that builds core strength, improves circulation, and calms the nervous system. While it looks advanced, I guide my students through a safe, step-by-step progression to build the confidence and strength needed for inversions.

Surya Namaskara, or Sun Salutation, is a foundational yoga sequence that warms up the entire body. This flow combines breath with movement through 12 distinct postures, improving cardiovascular health and overall flexibility. It’s a complete practice in itself.

It means the world to me when my students feel the benefits of our sessions. Vasu's experience highlights my focus on clear, tailored instructions and ensuring you feel comfortable and supported, even in an online class.

I don't believe in perfect postures. If a pose isn't comfortable, we don't force it. We use props like cork blocks and belts to adjust the alignment specifically for your body, ensuring you get the benefits of the stretch without unnecessary strain or risk of injury.
