Yoga is not about being flexible or having the perfect physique. It is about using the right tools to find strength, balance, and healing, regardless of your starting point.

**Afraid of a difficult pose? There's an easier way.** I believe yoga should meet you where you are. This video shows how a simple prop like a belt can provide the support you need to safely explore challenging poses like Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana, building flexibility and confidence without strain.

**Tired from sitting all day? Try chair yoga.** You don't need to be on a mat to reap the benefits of yoga. Here, I demonstrate how a simple chair can be used for effective stretches that improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and fight the fatigue that comes from a desk-bound life.

**Manage back pain and more with one simple pose.** This supported backbend is a powerful tool. I use it to help clients strengthen their back muscles to reduce pain, improve insulin sensitivity which is beneficial for diabetes, and tone the core to help reduce belly fat.

**Targeting multiple issues with a single supported pose.** Many common issues like PCOS, thyroid imbalances, and back pain can be addressed through yoga. This video shows how I use a stool to make Halasana (Plow Pose) accessible, helping to stimulate the thyroid gland and relieve spinal compression.

**Overcome the fear of backbends.** Many people are afraid of bending backward. I show you how to use wall ropes for support, allowing you to gently open up your chest and spine. This method builds trust in your body and helps you work towards a flat stomach by stretching the abdominal muscles.

**Clear your mind and sinuses with this ancient technique.** Yoga is more than just poses. Jala Neti is a nasal cleansing kriya that I teach to help alleviate sinusitis, clear nasal passages to aid with sleep apnea, and calm an overthinking mind. It's a powerful practice for respiratory health.

**Your willingness matters, not your weight.** When people say you can't, I am here to show you that you can. This clip is a reminder that yoga is not about being a certain size. With the right modifications and a determined spirit, any pose is achievable.

About Featured

Most people think they need to be flexible to start yoga, but that is exactly why I use props like chairs, wall ropes, and belts. They are not crutches; they are tools that allow us to target specific issues like stiff shoulders, sciatica, or insulin resistance safely. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain or just trying to lose weight, these tools allow your body to get into the right position without forcing it.
