This is the first thing you'll see on my page. It’s a glimpse into the advanced poses we break down, my teaching style, and the supportive energy of our workshops. My goal is to help you safely explore what your body is capable of, one breath at a time.
Inversion & Headstand Workshops
Ready to see the world from a new perspective? My inversion workshops are designed to help you build the strength and confidence to go upside down, whether you're working on your first Sirsasana (headstand) or refining your Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand). We focus on step by step progressions, core drills, and learning how to fall safely so you can practice without fear.
Backbend & Heart Opening Workshops
Explore the beauty of opening your heart and spine in my backbend workshops. We work on poses like Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) and Ustrasana (Camel Pose), focusing on creating space and flexibility with strength and safety. These sessions are designed to help you understand the mechanics of a healthy backbend, whether you're just starting or looking to deepen your practice.
Arm Balance & Core Strength Workshops
Learn to fly in my arm balance workshops. We build the foundational strength in your arms, wrists, and core to tackle poses like Bakasana (Crow Pose), Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow), and more. I provide step by step instructions and drills to help you find your balance and lift off with confidence.
Yoga Flows & Transitions
This is where we put it all together. My workshops often include dynamic Vinyasa flows that link poses in a creative and mindful sequence. These flows are designed to build heat, strength, and focus, helping you move with grace and intention.
Our Workshop Community
You are not alone on this journey. My workshops in Bangalore are a space for like minded people to come together, learn, laugh, and support one another. Here’s a look at the incredible energy and connection we build in our classes.
Partner & Acro Yoga Fun
Yoga can also be about connection, trust, and play. Practicing with a partner, whether it's a simple assisted stretch or a dynamic Acro Yoga pose, builds communication and is a whole lot of fun. These are moments of shared strength and balance from my practice and collaborations.
My Personal Practice & Journey
My mat is where I connect with myself. This is a collection of moments from my personal practice, my thoughts on the yoga philosophy, and my journey of growth. I believe in sharing my own struggles and joys, because that is what this practice is all about: being real, being present, and loving yourself through it all.
