This client was not a gym person and was looking for a way to reduce belly and hip fat. She was surprised by how effective my online classes were and felt a big change in her flexibility and energy in just three months.

About My Live Online Classes & Client Stories
My sessions are live on Google Meet, which means this is a real-time, follow-along experience. I practice with you, not just record for you. This allows me to guide you through poses, offer posture corrections, and ensure you are moving safely, whether you are a complete beginner or getting back into fitness after a long break. You are joining a supportive community, not just logging into a video call.
Why Online Yoga Works
Many of my students were skeptical about online yoga before joining. They thought they needed a gym or a studio to see results. What they found instead was that the focus, consistency, and personalized environment of our group sessions mattered more.
What Happens in a Session
We keep it simple and effective. A typical 60-minute class includes:
- Pranayama & Breathing: We start by calming the nervous system, which is crucial for managing daily stress and hormonal health.
- Targeted Asanas: We focus on flows that address specific needs—like Malasana for pelvic health or Setubandhasana for thyroid support.
- Weight Management: We integrate 15 to 20 minutes of Power Yoga or Surya Namaskar cycles to help with metabolism and toning without crash diets.
Real Results from Real Women
As you can see from the shared experiences, this isn't just about weight loss. Women join for different reasons: some to reduce back pain from desk work, others to manage PCOS symptoms naturally, and many to find an hour of "me-time" in a busy day.
