Join my live Zoom classes from your home to mix yoga, HIIT, and strength work for a stronger mind and body.
This is what our online yoga classes look like. A community of wonderful people showing up for themselves, all connected through Zoom. We work on different poses together, building strength and a positive mindset to start the day.
In this class, we are practicing a variation of Salabhasana, the Locust Pose, to strengthen our back muscles. I guide everyone through the posture, ensuring proper form for a safe and effective workout, even from a distance.
Here, my students are exploring different balancing poses like Tree Pose. It's wonderful to see each person finding their stability and focus in their own space. Our online group sessions are all about progress, not perfection.
We are all in Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward Dog, together. This pose is fantastic for grounding and improving blood circulation. Working together as a community, even virtually, brings a sense of harmony and shared success.
My live online classes are designed to help you understand your body better. We flow, we learn to balance, and we work on strengthening all our muscles in a supportive group environment.

About Live Online Group Classes
These are not pre-recorded videos. I am right there on Zoom with you, watching your form and correcting your posture in real time. Whether you have a mat or just a towel, I will guide you through modifications so you can join safely, even if you are just starting.
My live online sessions are designed to fit your busy life. We go beyond just basic poses, mixing Fusion Yoga with HIIT and Tabata to make sure you get a full-body workout. The best part is the group energy. Even though we are connecting via screen, there is a real sense of community. We share our progress, correct postures together, and build a consistent habit. I personally guide every session, whether you are here for weight loss, inch loss, or just to de-stress after work. You can join from anywhere, just like I do when I am teaching from the mountains or my home. We have morning and evening slots available, making it easy to find a time that works for you. Let us make consistency our new goal.
