Finding time for yourself can be hard, so I have kept my online sessions simple and effective. Whether you are a new mom or just looking to build strength, we move together from the comfort of your home.

About Join My Online Classes
Consistency is what actually gives results, so my group classes are live, 5 days a week. Instead of just following a recording, you get to practice with me and a small group of other women. I personally guide every move, so you know you are doing it safely, whether you are recovering from a C-section or just managing daily stiffness.
Starting a fitness routine can be overwhelming, especially when you are managing motherhood or a busy job. My online sessions are designed to be a practical part of your day, not another chore. We meet on Zoom for 60 minutes, Monday through Friday, creating a space that feels like a real studio class.
Why these sessions work:
- Real-time Guidance: I am right there on screen, practicing with you, correcting your form, and offering modifications for things like back pain or C-section recovery.
- Community Support: Knowing there are other women waking up for the 6:00 AM session makes it much easier to stay consistent.
- No Shortcuts: We do not do crash diets or extreme poses. We focus on Sukshm Vyayam (gentle warm-ups), core strength, and breathwork that builds lasting health.
