Whether you are a working professional needing a 6:30 AM kickstart or a mother who can only find a slot after the kids are at school, my schedule is built for your reality. My studio in Rani Bagh and my live Zoom sessions are designed for flexibility because I know your life doesn't stop for a workout—you have to make it fit.
Your fitness journey relies on consistency, not intensity alone. That is why I have structured my batches to cover your entire day. If you live in or near Pitampura, my Rani Bagh studio is your space to disconnect from home chaos and focus entirely on your movement. We have wooden flooring, mirrors, and enough energy to get you through the toughest HIIT session.
For those who cannot travel, my live Zoom sessions are not pre-recorded videos. You join me in real-time. I watch your form, I correct your posture, and yes, I will ask you to turn your camera on. No hiding in the back!
