About Group Classes in Action
The gear might be basic, but the training is anything but. We skip the fancy AC and gym mirrors to focus on real Dutch Kickboxing and Philly Shell defense. You will be doing intense pad work and drills alongside students from all walks of life, from kids as young as four to working professionals, so expect to be pushed regardless of your starting fitness level.
Training That Matters
My group classes are designed to build skill, not just sweat. We focus on fundamentals like footwork, stance, and distance management. You will not find fancy treadmills here. Instead, we use heavy bags, resistance bands, and partner drills to improve your timing and reflexes.

Classes run 60 to 90 minutes. We always start with a proper warm-up, followed by technical instruction, and finish with conditioning.
