If you prefer focused, one on one attention, I offer personal training sessions. We can work at your pace, whether it's in the gym or an outdoor setting, to meet your specific fitness or fighting goals.

About Personal Training
In these 1-on-1 sessions, I spend the entire time focusing solely on your stance, footwork, and punch mechanics. You won't get lost in a crowd. We fix those micro-errors in real-time, whether we are training at the gym, in your home, or at a local park. It is about rapid skill acquisition without the pressure of a group class.
Whether you are a complete beginner feeling intimidated by group classes or an experienced fighter looking to sharpen specific skills like distance management or feints, private coaching offers the speed you need. We skip the generic drills and get straight to what you need to improve.
My Approach to Personal Training
I use intensive pad work—3 to 5 rounds of high-impact focus mitt and Thai pad holding—to give you immediate feedback. When you are off-balance or your guard drops, I catch it instantly. We also use video analysis so you can see your form for yourself.
Flexibility and Location
We offer flexible scheduling, making it easier to fit sessions in during off-peak hours. Whether we meet at the Ippon Institute in HSR Layout, at a studio near Basapura, or even your own living room, the structure is designed to fit your life. You get full access to the technical curriculum—Dutch Kickboxing, Philly Shell defense, and power conditioning—but at a pace that is entirely your own. You do not need prior experience, just a willingness to learn.
